A new law in France

A new law in France would make it illegal to wear full body burqa in public areas. This is going much too far. I think that people should have the right to wear whatever they want, but I think in certain areas you must be able to be identified by your face. Also, in areas like on your passport and drivers licence you must be seen. This might not be new, but I think that everyone can were whatever they want in public. That is a human right.

  1. No, no, no, France is doing this to liberate Muslim women from their oppressors. You know, by harassing them in public, giving them fines and sending them to jail. But it's okay as long as it's the government doing it, right?

  2. France is a country with its own laws and customs which they want to protect. If the French people want this law, it is up to them. Do you think a woman has the freedom to wear or not wear a burqa in Iraq or Iran? It seems you want to inforce what Canada accepts upon other countries. I suggest you go and live in Iran for six months.

  3. Everyone is aloud to wear whatever they want, but there are exceptions were for either security or identification purposes and Iran and Iraq in some areas allow women to not wear but you are right not every were, and this is why the international community needs enforce these countries to give freedom to there citizens
